Preparation

beat the butter with the sugar until you get a whitish cream.
add the orange zest and the half juice.
add the eggs, one by one, beating with each addition.
finally, add the sifted flour with the yeast, stirring lightly.
pour the dough into a greased and dusted pan and bake in a medium oven (180ºc) for about 20 minutes
take the cake out of the oven, unmold it and drizzle it with a syrup made with orange juice and a little sugar.
