bring the water with a lemon rind and salt to the heat. after starting to boil pour the flour, starting to stir to connect well. after a little cooking, remove and pour into a large container. when cool, add an egg, starting to knead by hand until well mixed. repeat this operation for all eggs. add the yeast and beat with a wooden spoon until well mixed. with a tablespoon, remove the dough, and with the help of another tablespoon, fry them one by one in hot oil, until they rise and burst, then place them on absorbent paper. at the end change them to a container where they can be sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, or sprinkled with sugar syrup in a paste point.
