separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat them with a pinch of salt and set aside. then add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat energetically until you get a homogeneous dough, then pour the pineapple syrup into it, stir it, sift the flour (together with the yeast) into this mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous dough , finally put the egg whites in the castle, but never stir them just by taking them very carefully so that the egg whites are undone. to finish, spread the hole shape with the caramel in liquid and place the slices of pineapple already dry, back in shape or as you like, then pour the preparation inside and place in the oven previously heated to 180º for 30m. unmold hot.
