Preparation

cut the margarine into pieces and mix with the flour. open a cavity in the middle of the dough and add the egg, salt and water. wrap everything very well and let it rest for a while.
turn the oven to 200ºc and butter the muffin cups.
meanwhile, prepare the filling: pass the curd through a sieve and add the fine sugar. then add the yolks, the eggs one by one, the flour and the butter. mix well and set aside.
roll out the dough on a floured surface. line the shapes with the dough. then fill with the cream and bake for 30 minutes. at the end, remove and sprinkle them with fine sugar.
