Preparation

cook the pumpkin in salted water and then drain very well. pour the pumpkin still warm in a bowl and crush it. add the flour little by little, stirring very well.
if you add the egg, it’s at this point. the dough should not be soft, but if it is too hard, add a little water to cook the pumpkin.
the dough is fried in spoonfuls in very hot oil, leaving it brown on both sides.
they are served for lunch, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
