- 2 cups of flour (about 210 g);
- 2 cups of sugar (350 g);
- 2 cups of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 2 tablespoons of lard;
- 2 tablespoons of cane honey;
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda;

- 125 g of raisins;
- 100 g of citron or candied fruit;
- 2 eggs
