Preparation

Initially, we cut the beef and chicken meat into large pieces, and we parboiled them in a pot with water. Soak the breads in water and cook them in a dressing made with garlic, onion, paprika, salt and pepper. Add this dough to the meat broth and also add the diced tomato. At the same time, we boil the yuccas and fry the pork until it becomes chicharrones. We add the boiled yucca, the pork rind, the peeled hard-boiled eggs and the olives.
