Preparation
First, we must boil the meat in a pot with water for about 1 hour.
then add the wheat, chopped potatoes, pumpkin and cabbage.
Salt and continue cooking for 15 min with the pot covered.
In a frying pan with hot oil, brown the garlic, onion and chili pepper. After a few minutes add the tomato and oregano, when it is drying, add all this to the soup together with the chard and mint.
finally we just have to mix well.
