Preparation
we cut the pork into small pieces. remove the seeds from the peppers and peel the carrot. cut the peppers, the carrot, the zucchini into thin sticks and the broccoli into bunches.
Heat two tablespoons of the vegetable broth in a wok or a large frying pan, add the pork into pieces and cook it, stirring constantly. Add two tablespoons of broth and the peppers, cook for a minute. add the carrot, zucchini and broccoli with another two tablespoons of broth and cook another minute. add the bean sprouts and cook for one more minute.
Mix the rest of the broth with the soy sauce, honey and cornstarch, pour over the pork and vegetables preparation and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly. season and serve immediately.
