Preparation

Knead the dough with the butter adding the necessary water, form the tlacoyos, fill to taste and put them to cook on a comal.

Suggestions for filling:

mashed beans with cheese.
beans or peas cooked, mashed and stewed with mint and tomato.
cooked potato, chopped and stewed with chorizo.
