We put the cod in a saucepan with water over the fire and let it cook for about 10 minutes. then we drain it, remove the skin and thorns and cut it into pieces.

On the other hand, in a glass container we place the yeast, flour and salt, and stir. Add the milk, the beaten egg and the brandy, and continue stirring until you get a homogeneous mass. let the dough rest for half an hour.

Next, we bathe the pieces of cod in the previous dough, remove them from the dough and fry them in a pan with a lot of hot oil. when they are golden brown, we take them out, drain them and we have them ready to serve.
