Preparation

in the pan with boiling water, place the cod. wait for it to boil again, turn off the heat, cover and cook in hot water for 20 minutes. shred or scales (removing skin and pimples), reserve water. in a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic cloves in it. add the peppers and chopped tomatoes. saute for a few minutes. add the cod and let it cook for a few more minutes. add the tomato sauce, parsley and a ladle of water from cooking the cod. stir and add the cooked pasta ´´al dente´´. mix well, place on plate and serve.
