Preparation

heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic. add the celery, the tomatoes and let it cook;
add the chicken stock cubes or two cups of stock;
add 3 cups of boiling water, if you used bouillon cubes or a cup if you chose two cups of chicken broth, olives and oregano;
cook until you get a very consistent sauce;
cook the spaghetti in lightly salted water. drain it, mix the sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese.

  • 500 gr of spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 large onion in thick slices
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 stalk of chopped celery
  • 8 large tomatoes, cut into thick slices
  • 2 cubes of chicken broth
  • 3 cups of hot water
  • 5 chopped green olives
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
