Preparation
The rice is cooked with enough water to make it soft, the cloves and cinnamon sticks (chips) are added to taste. (this is removed before liquefying) is allowed to cool.
apart, the sugar is dissolved in a liter of water. then proceed to blend the rice with the water until a thick mixture remains.
Hopefully, it is poured into a clay pot and one day left covered with a canvas. then it can be packed and put in the fridge.
Our grandmothers used to use guava leaves, rub the moya or clay pot inside, after washing it and then pour the mixture, which gives it a particular flavor.
