Preparation

The goat meat is cut into tacos and seasoned.
Sauté the onion in the oil and add the meat until golden brown.
Then add the pepper, the paprika, the hot pepper, the thyme, the cloves, the cumin and the wine and leave it on the fire for about 15 minutes.
Finally, the water is added to cover the meat and it is left to cook for approximately an hour and a half.
It is served with wrinkled potatoes.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 red pepper
  • peppers
  • thyme
  • nail
  • cumin
  • water and salt.
