cut the zarajo into slices.

heat a griddle or a non-stick frying pan, previously brushed with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, put the cut zarajo, and sprinkle it with a few drops of lemon and a pinch of coarse salt. keep until well browned.

eat right away.
