the two legs are placed in an earthenware container that can then be placed in the oven.
cut the onion and put it on the legs. then the crushed tomato can and a little oil.

Make a mince with the hazelnuts, almonds, parsley, 3 cloves of garlic and a glass of broth. all this is crushed with the blender and it is thrown over the kid's legs.
leave it in the oven for another hour and a quarter more, approximately.
After approximately two and a half hours, it is removed from the oven and ready to serve.
since it is leg, it can be served alone or with some baked potatoes as a garnish.
