Preparation

Bring to the boil a pot of water with a little salt and bring to a boil.

Add the fettuccine and cook for eight minutes.

In a heated skillet, add the oil and the peeled and crushed garlic.

Add the shrimp and cook for two minutes.

Add the Tuscan sauce and stir until it boils.

To the frying pan, add the fettuccine and add the shrimp. Mix gently, check the salt and season with a pinch of pepper.

Serve hot, sprinkling with chopped basil and grated cheese.
