Preparation
cook the rice without salt in the water, then let it cool completely.
cut the pork into thin strips. prepare the eggs in thin tortillas and cut them also into thin strips.
Cut the chives into small pieces, also using the green part.
heat the oil and fry the garlic cloves until golden brown, then remove them.
pour over that oil the cooked rice, already cold.
stir constantly so that it does not stick.
Once hot, add the cut meat, the ginger and the tortilla strips.
little by little add the sauce and finally the chives.
to serve.
