grind and cook pork, beef and chicken. let the bread soak in the broth for 5 minutes. put in the processor, add the other ingredients and beat for a few minutes. knead well and make large balls. fry in hot oil and serve.

- 2 broth tablets dissolved in 1 cup of tea
- 250g of pork
- 200g chicken meat
- 1 egg
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of paprika, paprika or annatto
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of china powder - optional
- 1 bunch of parsley
- frying oil
