Preparation

grind and cook pork, beef and chicken. let the bread soak in the broth for 5 minutes. put in the processor, add the other ingredients and beat for a few minutes. knead well and make large balls. fry in hot oil and serve.
accompanying salads, dorê potatoes (cooked and passed in hot butter, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley).

  • 200g chicken meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika, paprika or annatto
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of china powder - optional
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • frying oil
