It has detoxifying action and also improves the performance of the digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems. Preparation
- 1 piece of ginger about 5 cm
- 1 cup of tea
- Preparation mode:
- Wash the ginger well, then cut them into thin slices, bring to a boil with the cup of water,
- when it boils, lower the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Then strain and allow to warm and then drink.
