Preparation

Cook the jackfruit seeds with the peel for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker, with a little salt. Reserve the broth.
Sauté the onion and garlic in coconut oil.
After they are cooked, remove the peel and beat the pits, the stew, the basil and chive leaves in a blender, with a little of the broth cooking broth. After mixing all the ingredients, add a little coconut oil to finish and set the salt.
