Preparation

First the dough:
Mix the cassava flour with the grated coconut and sugar. Add the water and knead until turned on.
Take a non-stick frying pan to heat, greased with oil.
In the center of the frying pan, place a large tablespoon of pasta and with your fingers passed through oil, spread the pasta until it covers the bottom. Cook on low heat.
Repeat the operation until the dough is finished.
After they are all ready, they fill up.

The filling:
Bring a pan to the heat with 1 dl of water and sugar.
Bring to a boil and burn a little and add the remaining water.
Add the roasted coconut and boil some more.
They fill and roll like crepes.

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 dl of water
  • 80 grs of grated coconut
  • 125 grs of cassava flour
  • oil q.s.
  • For the cream:
  • 50 grs of lightly roasted shredded coconut
  • 1.5 dl of water
  • 150 grs of sugar
