in a bowl, put half the oil, the meat, the onion, the lemon zest, the cumin, the parsley and the salt. mix until smooth.

in a frying pan, heat the rest of the oil, add the onion, tomatoes, oregano and adjust the salt.
saute until the tomatoes wither. serve with kebabs.

- 10 and 1/2 onions 10 small cut in half and 1/2 medium in small cubes
