Preparation

Start by making the filling, in a pan with olive oil, sauté the chopped onion and the ground meat.

Add the tomato sauce and onion, garlic and parsley seasoning.

Season with basil and salt.

In another container, mix the mozzarella cheese, the culinary cream and set aside.

Grease a container (refractory) with oil or butter, and arrange the cooked lasagna pasta.

Place the cheese filling, add the grated Parmesan cheese and cover with lasagna pasta.

Repeat the process with the meat filling.

Close everything with more lasagna dough.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and take the pan to the oven for approximately 25 minutes.

Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley. Enjoy your food!
