Preparation

Cook the pasta with water, salt and a drizzle of olive oil and set it aside.
Put the oil in a pan with water and bring to the fire, add the onion and garlic.
Leave for 5 minutes, after waiting, add the glass of milk, the cube of shrimp broth and the green smell and bring to a boil.
Put the salt to taste.
Put in a blender and mash well.
Pour the broth into the pan and bring to the heat, add the shrimp, and leave for about 4 minutes, until the shrimp cook.
Then add the cheese until it melts and turn off the heat, add the cream and stir (mix).
Place the pasta in a serving bowl, put the sauce on top and toss the parsley.

  • 1 packet of fettuccine pasta
  • 500 g shrimp (medium preference)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion cut into slices (large)
  • 1 cube of shrimp broth
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 a little green smell
  • 1 can of cream
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese or chopped plate or mozzarella
  • 1 little bit of parsley
  • Salt to taste
