Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Taste the sauce to see if you need any more adjustments to the seasonings.

Pour onto the baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes.

In the final minutes, remove the aluminum to brown the top.

The top dough will be a little harder and crunchier.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

Ingredients

  • 80g macaroni or other pasta to taste
  • 85ml Evaporated Milk
  • 85ml Water
  • 50g Mushrooms
  • 25g Spinach
  • 25g Cubed smoked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (emmental, mozzarella, cheddar or other to taste)
  • Salt q.s.
  • Garlic Powder q.s.
  • Black pepper
