Preparation

Open the lobster, clean and peel well. Cut the raw lobster meat into cubes and marinate for 15 minutes in the lemon juice.

Add the remaining chopped ingredients to the marinated lobster, mix everything and season with coriander, pink pepper, fleur de sel and olive oil to taste. Finally, add the coconut milk.

Serve fresh and have a good appetite!
