Preparation

Step very well as thin as possible the maneuver in the mortar, reserve.
Cut the lobster into pieces and season with salt and chilli. The oil with the chopped onions and garlic cloves is brought to a fire in a saucepan. Sauté until the onion is soft.
Add the lobster and sauté a little more. Meanwhile mix the maneuver with the peeled and seedless and ground tomatoes. Wrap very well and add the water. Move well and pass through a net dowel.
Add the liquid acquired in the lobster and rectify the seasoning. Cover the pan and let it cook a little.
It is served with white rice.

  • 1 good ripe tomato
  • gindungo (piripiri)
  • 5 dl of water.
