Preparation

Cook the lobster in water seasoned with coarse salt for about 20 minutes.
The potatoes are cooked together with the eggs.
After the cooked lobster, remove the shell and the gut from the back and cut into pieces.
Peel the potatoes and peel the eggs and cut them into slices.
Put everything in a layered salad bowl and season with oil and vinegar and salt, if necessary.
Serve fresh.
