Preparation
Cut the lobster into slices and season with salt and chilli.
Bring a pan to the heat with the chopped onion and garlic. Allow to sauté stirring occasionally until the onion browns a little. Put the lobster slices and sauté a little more.
Step the peanut in a mortar very well, as thin as possible. Mix the peanut porridge with the cleaned, skins and chopped tomatoes.
Add the water, mix and pass through a sieve strainer, squeezing well.
Pour the liquid obtained from the lobster.
Rectify the seasonings.
Cover the pan and let it cook to check.
Serve with white rice.
