Preparation

Wash them with a brush. Cut them in half, then dip in lemon water for an hour.

Drain them and prepare a seasoning using half the garlic, onion, green onions, cilantro and a little salt. If you like, mash a girl's finger pepper (optional).

Put the lobsters in this seasoning and marinate for about 2 hours.
In a pan, preferably of clay, put the oil and let it sauté the rest of the crushed garlic and the chopped onion, let it brown.

Add a tablespoon of paprika. Add the chopped tomatoes.
Then add the previously seasoned lobsters. Throw the coriander and green onions on top and bring to a boil. Taste the salt.

When serving, add a little coriander to decorate.
Serve with white rice.

  • 1 and 1/2 kgs of lobster tail
  • 6 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 units of chopped medium onion
  • 3 units of chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 bunch of chopped coriander
  • 1 bunch of finely chopped chives
  • 1 unit of lemon
  • salt to taste
