Preparation

After the squid are arranged and washed, they are cut into thin slices. Take the wok (wok is a large pan with a concave bottom) with the oil over the heat, the finely chopped onion and the chopped ginger.
Let it cook for 1 minute on a high heat, stirring the pan from time to time.
Crab meat, squid, brandy and soy sauce are added.
Cook for about 3 minutes, always stirring the wok.
A little water is added where the flour has dissolved.
Reduce the heat and let the flour cook and thicken the sauce. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
