Preparation

Step the garlic cloves with the salt in the mortar until it becomes porridge. The prawns are washed and the shell is opened by the back.
Shrimp are covered inside the shell with the porridge seasoned with plenty of aginomoto and pepper.
Fry in very hot oil.
Serve with salad.
