Preparation

The prawns are washed and the shell is removed, leaving the tail and head.
A toothpick is stuck from the tail to the head so that when frying they do not curl.
Season with finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Then they pass through flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve very hot.
