Preparation
Heat the oven to 180oC.
Place the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan and heat over a water bath, stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put the sugar, eggs, wheat flour, yeast, cocoa powder and the chocolate mixture that was on fire in a bowl and mix everything.
Add the chopped macadamias and mix gently.
Place the mixture in a rectangular shape lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30-35 minutes - do the toothpick test.
Allow to cool and cut into squares (should be around 20).

- 200g chopped dark chocolate
- 250g butter at room temperature
- 1 ¾ cups of brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 200g of coarsely chopped macadamia (or cashews or Brazil nuts)
