melt the sugar for the caramel and cover a mold.
blend the other ingredients except the walnuts.
Mix these to the smoothie and pour over the caramel.
Cook in a pressure cooker for 15 min., cool and remove from the mold.

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 liter of milk
