Preparation

Prepare the caramel and pour it into the cake mold and let it cool. In a saucepan, lightly beat the eggs with four tablespoons of sugar. Add the cocoa, the crumbled cookies, the coffee, the rum, and the milk. Mix and pour the compound into the caramel mold. Put the pudding in a double boiler in a preheated oven at 170ºC for 35 minutes. Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick in the center, it should come out dry. Unmold the pudding when it has cooled.

  • 2 ounces of maría cookie
