Preparation
Cook the ripe ones with the water and the cinnamon. Once they are cooked, beat them well until you get a smooth, consistent dough, add the vanilla essence, wine, butter, grated cheese and raisins. Mix everything well and in a previously floured mold, add the dough and bake at 300ºC, until golden brown.
Ingredients
- 6 ripe pieces (plantains)
- 1 teaspoon. Vanilla essence
- 1 cup of wine
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup of water
- Sugar to taste
