Preparation

Wash the shrimp, drain.
With scissors or a very sharp knife, cut them in half, in the longitudinal direction and along the back, but without completely separating the two halves from each other, and remove the guts.
Reserve.
In a mortar, add the garlic, salt and pepper.
Crush all of this very well and add the margarine, creating a homogeneous paste.
With this paste spread the meat of the prawns open in half. Arrange the prawns in a clay terrine and place in a very hot oven.
Remove after about 15 minutes, when the reddish color of the shrimp shells indicates that they are already roasted.
Serve with fries cut into semi-thick slices.

  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • Salt (q.s.)
  • Piri-piri (hot sauce) q.s.
  • 1 packet of 250gr margarine.
