Preparation
Remove the corn from the corn cobs and grind. Dissolve everything in two glasses of water and strain.
put the milk or cream in the water; boil with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, salt and pepper.
then add the strained corn and boil for 10 minutes in a water bath.
Add the dissolved and strained yolk and butter.

- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon. of butter
- 4 cups of cow's milk or two of cream and 2 of water
- 1 yolk
