Preparation
1. the day before put the piled chestnuts in a sauce (just as it does for beans).
2. After soaking, put the chestnuts to boil in spiced salt water.
3. Let it cook well, and as soon as cooked, add a cup of carolino rice tea, and the oil.
4. Let the rice cook and serve hot.

this soup can also be made with fresh chestnuts.

- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
