clean the fish. Mix the onion, garlic, oil, pepper, cumin, green pepper or sweet pepper, ifuca chopped cilantro in julienne and salt to taste. Fill the fish with this mixture, then wrap with the bijao leaf and put them on the grill to cook, for 15 minutes.

Serve accompanied with boiled yucca or roasted plantains and a tasty cocona pepper.
