Preparation

First we grate or blend the corn kernels. Then we have to prepare the dressing: fry the garlic, chopped onion, salt and pepper in hot oil to taste. Next, we cut the meat into small pieces and fry it in the dressing. we add the coriander. After stirring the preparation for a short time, add the grated or blended corn kernels and the chicken broth. we mix well. cook the pepián over low heat for a few minutes. stir steadily until thickened. the pepián is served with grained rice.
