Preparation

Start beating the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks and add the cream and peanuts, beat well.

Grease a glass dish with butter, put a layer of cream, another of biscuit wet in the milk and sprinkle a little nescau, another of cream, and so it will even end with the cream being the last layer.
Sprinkle some roasted and ground peanuts on top and bring the refrigerator until served.
Serve Chilled!

  • 150g peanuts (roasted and ground)

  • 200g of sugar

  • 1 box of sour cream
