Preparation

1. Season the meat cubes with ten crushed unpeeled garlics, a little salt, pepper paste, bay leaf and white wine.
2. Put the oil, the remaining crushed garlic in a frying pan and let it simmer for about two to three minutes. Then place the meat cubes together with the marinade, stir with a wooden spoon, cover the pan, and let it cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3. In the meantime, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in very hot oil. When they are fried, place them on a plate on absorbent paper.
4. Place the meat and potatoes on a platter, mix everything well, pour the meat sauce over the mixture, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
