Preparation
step 1: season the pork well.
step 2: place in a baking dish and coat the two sirloins with oil.
step 3: sprinkle the thyme and rosemary leaves over the sirloins, rotating them so that the herbs adhere on all sides.
step 4: put in the preheated oven at high temperature for about 12 minutes or until well browned. turn them over and repeat the same operation.
step 5: peel and cut the apples into slices neither too thin nor thick.
step 6: pour the apples over the sirloins, so that they are completely buried.
step 7: return to the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the apples are golden brown and have reduced their juice.
