peel the potatoes, cut them into medium pieces and brown them in the hot fat.

in that same fat, prepare a sauce with garlic, chili, onion, parsley and tomato sauce. Put the pieces of papa in the sauce, add the other ingredients except the ham and eggs.

cover tightly and cook until the potatoes are soft, add the ham until the stew dries. when serving, add the hard-boiled eggs, chopped in half.
