peel the prawns leaving the head.
cut the garlic cloves into slices, open the chilies and remove the seeds.
Heat the oil, add the garlic, chilies, and prawns and let it fry for 7 or 8 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, vinegar and pepper, and serve very hot.

  • olive oil: 2 dl
  • prawns: 1 kg
  • chili: 4
  • Worcestershire sauce: 4 coffee spoons
  • pepper: q.s.
  • salt: q.s.
  • vinegar: 4 teaspoons
