Preparation

- Sauté the piure and the rice together with the other ingredients.
- Add 2 cups of chicken broth and cook for approximately 20 minutes. after the rice is cooked, add the white wine.
- assemble in a saucepan with a cooked potato on the side and plenty of coriander
